Despite decent stats with 7 goals in 30 matches, Vitor Roque (19 years old) is unlikely to extend his stay at Real Betis.
According to SPORT, the Spanish club has decided not to activate his loan extension option, despite having the opportunity to do so. The recent €13 million signing of Cucho Hernandez has led Betis’ management to no longer consider Roque a priority in their squad.
Unless there’s a last-minute change, Vitor Roque will return to FC Barcelona at the end of the season. However, his future remains uncertain, as coach Hansi Flick reportedly does not count on him, meaning he could either be sold in the summer or sent out on another loan move.
