Manchester United Prepares for a Major Summer Window.
Manchester United is already setting its sights on the upcoming summer transfer window, with a clear priority: reinforcing its attack. While Viktor Gyökeres remains the primary target, the club has alternative options in mind.
Gyökeres or Plan B?
United’s coach, Ruben Amorim, is keen on bringing in Gyökeres, whom he previously managed at Sporting CP. However, if negotiations for the Swedish striker fall through, Liam Delap has been identified as a backup option. The Ipswich Town forward, who has registered 9 goals and 2 assists this season, is valued at around €25 million.
Goalkeeping Reinforcement Also on the Agenda
Manchester United is also monitoring Victor Osimhen, but the lack of European football next season could make such a move difficult. Meanwhile, in the goalkeeping department, Amorim is reportedly eyeing Jan Oblak as a potential replacement for André Onana.
With multiple high-profile targets in mind, Manchester United is set for an active summer transfer window, aiming to strengthen key areas for the future.
