Manchester United is preparing a major attacking overhaul, with Ruben Amorim expected to stay in charge and pushing to sign a former protégé.
Currently enduring a crisis and sitting only 13th in the Premier League, Manchester United is placing all its hopes on the Europa League as their only realistic route to securing a Champions League spot. Facing Lyon in the quarter-finals, the Red Devils cannot afford any more missteps.
A Massive Summer Window Ahead
Regardless of how the season ends, Ruben Amorim—who still has the club’s backing despite a disastrous campaign—wants changes. Strengthening the attack is a top priority, as neither Rasmus Højlund nor Joshua Zirkzee has fully convinced. Four major targets have emerged:
🔴 Viktor Gyökeres (Sporting CP) – Amorim’s priority signing, with Sporting already open to selling him for €65-75M.
🔴 Benjamin Sesko (RB Leipzig) – A young, explosive forward with great potential.
🔴 Victor Osimhen (Napoli, on loan at Galatasaray) – The most expensive option, but also the most lethal.
🔴 Hugo Ekitike (Eintracht Frankfurt) – A more affordable yet promising alternative.
With these attacking reinforcements, Manchester United aims to revitalize its offense and return to the top next season. A heated summer transfer window is on the horizon at Old Trafford!
