Footballer home burglaries aren’t just a problem in Paris or Marseille—they happen in the MLS too. Olivier Giroud (38), who joined Los Angeles FC last summer, was burglarized on February 5, according to TMZ.
While Giroud and his family were away, intruders broke a window to gain access to his home.
A $500,000 Heist
The thieves stole jewelry worth approximately $500,000, including over 10 luxury watches. No arrests have been made yet, but the Los Angeles Police Department continues its investigation.
