Nuno Mendes and Manchester United could spell trouble for PSG. The Portuguese left-back, under contract until June 2026, is increasingly considering leaving the Parisian club, according to Foot Mercato.
The defender is reportedly unhappy with the salary terms offered by PSG. He’s drawn to the prospect of reuniting with Ruben Amorim, his former coach at Sporting CP, at Manchester United.
Manchester United is reportedly planning an approach in the summer of 2025, though a January move is unlikely. PSG hopes to continue negotiations to extend the player’s contract, but Mendes’ interest in the Premier League makes those discussions more difficult.
