Former Paris Saint-Germain star Marco Verratti is set to leave Qatar and is eyeing a return to Italy or a move to the Premier League.

Qatar was just a temporary stop. After departing PSG in 2023, Verratti will leave Al-Arabi at the end of the season. At 32 years old, the Italian international has attracted interest from several Premier League clubs, including Bournemouth, Fulham, and West Ham.

However, the ex-PSG fan favorite favors a return to Italy, aiming to finally play in Serie A, a league he has never featured in, having only played in Serie B with Pescara.

A Future Still Uncertain

And PSG? Although Verratti frequently visits Paris, a return to the French capital seems unlikely, as the club is already well-equipped in midfield.

While his priority remains Serie A, a lucrative offer from Saudi Arabia could change his plans. Verratti now faces a choice: a new European challenge or one last big contract in the Gulf.
